No, but both of those programs can save files as ASCII text.

HTML Writer is freeware (technically, "donationware").  It's basic, 
no-frills.  It's got a good online help routine, a little tutorial and 
easy-to-follow menu.  It hooks up to your Netscape, Mosaic or Cello 
browser to auto-test your work with the click of a mouse.  And it works.


Disclaimer:  I'm not a hired shill -- who'd hire someone to plug 
freeware?
