Interactive, good!  No static pages, not so good! The problem with a truly, 
completely dynamic system is that the user can't bookmark anything, because 
all of the pages are generated fresh every time he logs into your system. 
Now, you could get around that somewhat by letting him set up his own 
"personal" Web site, but does that then mean that he never explores the 
rest of the system, because he doesn't know it's there?
