Did I miss something? I was online from about 10 to 11:30 (eastern)
Tuesday night, had MSNBC RealAudio feed running, hit all the major
sites and got around with very little trouble. Once I had a long wait
to get into CNN, but I had three or four other browser windows
running and had plenty to do. I experienced very few delays.

I notice most of these stories quote site operators but very few
users.
